A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Stephanie dedicated six years to military service before transitioning into IT consulting and network engineering with Coleman Technologies. Over the next eight years, she focused on building results-oriented organizations, ultimately merging her sales leadership and digital marketing skills to enter the real estate field.

Beginning her career in residential resale, Stephanie quickly ascended to lead high-performing sales teams. She held significant management roles at KB Home as a Regional Sales Manager and at McKinley Inc. as a Regional Sales Director.

With six years of experience in property disposition across central and north-central Florida—including Gainesville, Ocala, and the Orlando metro area—Stephanie has developed a comprehensive understanding of new home construction sales, residential resale, multi-family and residential acquisitions, short sales, land development, land acquisition, and deal structuring and negotiations. She has successfully trained, developed, and managed 139 sales agents throughout Central Florida.
