Stephanie, a lifelong Texan, hails from the suburbs of Houston, where she graduated with honors from Kingwood High School in 1997. She pursued higher education at the University of Texas, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the prestigious Red McCombs School of Business in 2001. During her time at university, Stephanie actively participated in various organizations, including serving as a Youth Development Leader with Young Life, being a member of the Chi Omega Sorority, and contributing to Texas Angels, a group focused on recruiting for Texas Longhorns football.

Shortly after graduation, Stephanie married Steven, who began his career as a pilot in the United States Air Force. Over the next twelve years, the couple traveled extensively, raised their children, volunteered for numerous organizations, and embraced various professional opportunities. Throughout this journey, Stephanie has lived in two countries, five states, and twelve homes, gaining invaluable insights into the housing market and the nuances of home living. Her diverse experiences enable her to connect with individuals from various backgrounds and provide practical advice on home functionality and design.

In 2013, Stephanie and her family settled in Fair Oaks Ranch, Texas, drawn by the town's charm, excellent schools, and picturesque oak trees. She is actively involved in her community, volunteering at local schools and churches, playing tennis, and occasionally teaching yoga.
