Stephanie has been a Florida resident since 1980, having grown up in Sarasota before relocating to Anna Maria Island in 1992. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in the same year and became a licensed real estate agent in 1993. Stephanie began her tenure with Fran Maxon Real Estate in 1995.

Before her transition to real estate, Stephanie held positions in marketing and management within the banking sector. She initially focused on property management, advancing to the role of Office Manager in 1998 and later becoming the Broker/Owner in 2000. Her expertise lies in residential real estate sales and vacation rental properties.

Stephanie is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Manatee-Sarasota Board of Realtors, the Multiple Listing Service, and the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce.
