Beginning her journey in Denver, Colorado, in 1992, she initially concentrated on residential real estate. Early in her career, she had the opportunity to collaborate with a developer on a significant project involving the sale of a parcel subdivided into 1,496 lots. This experience provided her with valuable insights into the construction process, as she navigated numerous inquiries related to building prior to the land's conveyance. Following the successful sale of all lots, she returned her focus to residential real estate, where she naturally fostered relationships with local builders, establishing a solid business foundation and a diverse client base.

In 1996, to enhance her service offerings, she ventured into loan origination and subsequently founded Loanavations Lending Company in 1998. When her husband’s government career necessitated a move to California in October 2000, she adeptly transitioned her business to San Diego, ensuring her Colorado clients were well cared for while maintaining her Colorado license. In California, her expertise and sales acumen earned her a Sales Management position, where she oversaw loan officers and real estate agents while continuing to grow her own business. Eventually, she chose to concentrate solely on her expanding clientele.

In 2009, her husband was transferred to SOCOM headquarters at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa. While leaving San Diego was challenging, they quickly embraced the vibrant community of St. Petersburg. Once again, she ensured her clients were in capable hands and shifted her focus to the new market, where she was already familiar with South Florida. In her first year in residential real estate in St. Petersburg, she ranked among the Top 10 agents out of approximately 4,000, and her performance has continued to strengthen, bolstered by client referrals and loyalty.
