About Stephanie Ouidawn

Stephanie, a Southern California native, relocated to St. Louis in 2002 and has since made it her permanent home. Her journey into real estate was almost inevitable, given her family's background—her mother is a real estate agent and her father a mortgage broker. Stephanie was immersed in the industry from a young age, answering phone calls long before she was old enough to watch a PG-13 film.

Despite her early exposure to real estate, Stephanie pursued her passions in art and psychology during her college years. Her adventurous spirit even led her to join the circus for a time, and she founded a baking and event company called Sift & Aperture. After exploring various creative avenues, she found her true calling in real estate, where she thrives in a profession that aligns with both her skills and her interests.

When she is not guiding clients through the buying process or negotiating inspection notices, Stephanie enjoys sipping chai tea lattes and practicing handstands—though not at the same time. An avid paddleboarder, she also cherishes time spent with her black lab. A passionate advocate for animal welfare, Stephanie has fostered numerous dogs from diverse backgrounds and has collaborated with organizations like the Senior Dog Project and Needy Paws to help find them loving homes. Additionally, she is the proud mother of a bilingual nine-year-old who speaks both English and Mandarin. With such a diverse range of interests and talents, Stephanie continues to impress those around her.
