About Stephen Bartkus

Welcome to the Bartkus Team's page. Steve and Jody Bartkus are dedicated real estate professionals with deep roots in the Huntertown community. Steve has been a licensed Realtor since 2001, while Jody joined the field in 2011. Both are proud graduates of Carroll High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Steve began his career in construction and architectural engineering, accumulating over a decade of experience in the design industry before transitioning to real estate and auctioneering. He specializes in custom home design and construction, as well as the buying and selling of residential properties and small commercial buildings. Holding an auctioneer's license, Steve is equipped to facilitate home and estate auctions for clients who prefer that route. An enthusiastic outdoorsman, he is actively involved in his church, St. John Bosco Catholic Church, where he serves as an usher, Eucharistic minister, and delivers Communion to the homebound. Additionally, he is a member of the SPARC and Rekindle the Fire men's groups and was elected to the NACS school board in 2016.

Jody brings 15 years of experience from her tenure with Northwest Allen County Schools before fully committing to real estate. She finds great satisfaction in assisting buyers and sellers, valuing the relationships she builds and the unique housing needs of each client. Known for her prompt communication and unwavering support throughout the buying and selling process, Jody also contributes to her community as a first-grade religious education teacher, youth group leader, Eucharistic minister, and member of the parish council.
