Steve is a third generation Phoenician where his family roots in the Phoenix area date back to the early 1920's! Steve's family members have been involved in residential sales and commercial development for over 60 years throughout the Greater Phoenix Area

Steve graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 1990 Steve went onto a career in law enforcement as a police officer with the Phoenix Police Department where he proudly served his community for 27 years During this time Steve's passion for real estate led him to obtain his real estate license in 2005 Steve learned to quickly adapt to a changing housing market as he went from closing regular transactions his first few years to negotiating directly with lenders on behalf of his short sale seller clients for the next several years as the housing market corrected itself Since that time Steve has successfully represented buyer and seller clients in the purchase and sale of over hundreds of resale homes new builds and raw land Steve is a successful member of The Elite Group with HomeSmart Realty
