After relocating to the Auburn foothills—a long-held dream—Steve expanded his professional pursuits by establishing a business focused on residential land development and custom home construction. His expertise caught the attention of a prominent regional construction firm, leading to his appointment as CEO.

Recognizing the importance of sustainable practices, Steve took the initiative to co-found a multi-state green energy manufacturing company, where he served as President and CEO during its formative years.

Family is a cornerstone of Steve's life. He and his wife have raised two sons, actively participating in their education and extracurricular activities, including coaching their soccer team. Both sons attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Sacramento State University, and they have since married and started families of their own, providing Steve and his wife with four grandchildren who live nearby in Rocklin. Family time is a cherished priority for him.

In addition to his real estate work, Steve serves as a mentor for both newly licensed and seasoned agents at Lyon Real Estate. He finds great fulfillment in sharing his extensive knowledge and experiences to help others succeed in their careers.
