Steve Cossette brings extensive experience to the real estate industry, having established RE/MAX Gateway after earning his broker's license in 1982. For 15 years, he specialized in developing and managing commercial retail office leases for the airline sector. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Neat Group Inc., a technology firm that he successfully sold to Cendant in 2004.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Steve held significant roles in major corporations, including Vice President of Global Supplier Relations at American Express and Vice President of Distribution Planning at Continental Airlines. In these positions, he oversaw the management of retail real estate holdings across the nation.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. His diverse living experiences span Miami, Denver, Colorado Springs, Albuquerque, and Houston, ultimately leading him to settle in the Texas Hill Country near Austin with his family.

As the CEO of Cossette Enterprises LLC and Co-Owner and Chairman of The Polo Tennis & Fitness Club in Southwest Austin, Steve continues to contribute to the community.
