Steve Mallett has demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, engaging in diverse business ventures that include a car stereo installation service, a marketing firm, and a bicycle retail store. In 2004, he established the Mallett Integrity Team, which has since evolved into a successful and dynamic real estate group. An accomplished ultra-marathon runner, Steve has completed numerous endurance events, including multiple 50-mile and 50K races, as well as marathons. His athletic achievements include winning his age group in the Deep Eddy Mile Swim and the Cap 2K Swim at Town Lake in 2015, reflecting his commitment to excellence in all pursuits.

Under Steve's leadership, the Mallett Integrity Team has flourished, earning recognition as the “Rookie of the Year” in 2004 and receiving multiple accolades from 2012 to 2018, including the Top Listing Group for Keller Williams and the Cultural Ambassador award for his contributions to both the company and the community. In addition to his real estate endeavors, Steve is actively involved in the local running community as the President of the Dripping Springs Running Club and the Director of the Run By The Creek 5K and 10K events. Originally from California, Steve now resides in Dripping Springs with his three children.
