About Steven Baird

Steven D. Baird serves as the Broker Owner and REALTOR of The Baird Group Real Estate Services, a firm he has been integral to since its inception in 1997. His professional journey began in Utah, where he co-owned a retail furniture store at just 21 years old. In 1979, he transitioned into real estate as a sales associate with the Wardley Corporation. The following year, he joined Real Estate Exchange, focusing on capital raising for real estate limited partnerships.

In 1984, Steven took on the role of Marketing Director at Kier Corporation, where he managed the development and sales of various residential and commercial projects. By 1987, he had joined Coldwell Banker as a sales associate and co-founded Royal Development. His career continued to flourish when he relocated to Las Vegas in 1989, becoming the marketing director and sales manager at Stanpark Homes and Development, where he oversaw residential project sales and capital acquisition for future developments.

In 1992, Steven joined Coldwell Banker Premier Realty as an office manager, later advancing to Regional COO, where he managed operations across the Las Vegas metro area and St. George, Utah. Under his leadership, The Baird Group has consistently been recognized as a performance leader both locally and nationally. Steven holds a real estate broker's license in Utah and is currently the Principal Broker in Nevada. He is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1979.
