About Steven Menezes

Steven Menezes, originally from the Portland, Maine area, pursued his studies in Economics at the University of Southern Maine before relocating to Florida. He furthered his education at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

After graduating, Steven spent over a decade in the entertainment industry in Miami, where he worked with Estefan Enterprises and Crescent Moon Studios. As a Recording Engineer and Studio Manager, he played a pivotal role in producing numerous platinum-certified and Grammy-winning recordings for major record labels, as well as for film and television projects.

In 2004, Steven obtained his real estate license and, a year later, moved his family to Palm Beach County to dedicate himself fully to the real estate profession.
