About Steven Eckell

Steven embarked on his real estate career in 1991, focusing on the marketing of new construction developments, estate properties, distinctive homes, and commercial sales. Over the years, he has successfully marketed and sold seventeen new construction projects, ranging from single-lot infill developments to expansive fifty-lot subdivisions, with prices varying from $92,500 to over $1,000,000.

His extensive experience includes representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. In addition to residential transactions, Steven has a solid track record in commercial real estate, providing expert representation in that sector as well.

In 2000, Steven earned his real estate broker's license and subsequently served as an office and sales manager at a prominent real estate firm in Media for over eight years. During his tenure, the office received numerous accolades for exceptional customer service and sales performance. To further enhance his service offerings, he obtained his New Jersey Salesperson license in 2018.

Steven's expertise has also been acknowledged by the judicial system. In 2017, he was appointed by the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County to serve on a Jury of View Panel. This three-member panel, which includes an engineer and a lawyer, adjudicates cases related to property acquisition under eminent domain, determining compensation for affected property owners. Steven continues to fulfill this role.
