Steve Doss, a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, made the transition to Las Vegas in 2000. He hails from a family of entrepreneurs, with a notable legacy in real estate, as his father served as a broker for over four decades. After successfully managing an art publishing company, Steve entered the dynamic Las Vegas real estate market in 2002, where he has since built a distinguished career in both general and new home sales.

In 2013, Steve founded Doss Realty Group LLC, where he serves as the owner and broker. Born in 1962, he is married to Victoria Whiteley, a fellow real estate professional. The couple shares their home with two dogs and has traveled extensively, visiting over 19 countries across Europe and Asia.
