Daniel's passion for real estate was ignited at a young age, influenced by his grandfather, a real estate developer and entrepreneur in Asia. His academic credentials include an MBA in Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master in City Planning and a Bachelor in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. His interests extend to architectural design and sustainable building practices.

Having traveled extensively and lived in Asia and Europe, Daniel is fluent in Mandarin and has studied German and Spanish. Despite his global experiences, he remains deeply connected to California, where he and his partner have established their home in San Francisco after residing in the East Bay. They take great pleasure in assisting friends and clients in achieving homeownership in the Bay Area.

In their leisure time, Daniel and his partner are active volunteers with community organizations, including the LGBT Community Center, and enjoy exploring California’s wine country and camping outdoors with their dog, Leo.
