A lifelong resident of the Carlisle area, this real estate professional has deep roots in the community. From the age of ten, he gained invaluable experience working alongside his father in the family plumbing and building contracting businesses during summer breaks. This early exposure instilled a strong work ethic and a commitment to customer service.

After graduating from Carlisle High School in 1975, he transitioned to full-time work with his father. In 1980, he took the significant step of purchasing the business, which he successfully managed for over two decades before passing it on to his younger brother in 2001.

His journey into real estate began in 1975 with the purchase of his first home, sparking a passion for property ownership and investment. Over the past 40 years, he has actively engaged in buying, selling, and developing numerous properties in the Carlisle area.
