Steven Kosta, a dedicated real estate professional, hails from Portland, Oregon, where he spent his early years before relocating to Southern California in 1983. After completing high school in Corvallis, Oregon, he pursued two years of Business Management at Mt. Hood College in Portland.

Upon his arrival in California, Steven embarked on a successful career in the printing industry, where he spent over 25 years managing some of the largest printing companies in San Diego and Temecula. In 1997, he married his wife, Betty, and together they raised her two sons. Since moving to Temecula Valley in 1991, Steven has embraced the community, appreciating its family-oriented atmosphere, excellent schools, and the friendships he has cultivated.

As a licensed Realtor since 2007, Steven expanded his expertise by obtaining a Mortgage Loan license in 2013, allowing him to provide comprehensive support to his clients. He is an active member of the Board of Realtors and the NMLS, holding designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).

Grounded in his faith and family, Steven has built his business on a foundation of referrals and diligent work. He finds immense satisfaction in helping individuals and families within the community navigate the real estate market, whether selling their homes or discovering their dream properties.
