Steven Pugh is the founder and principal broker of Homepride Realty Services Inc., located in St. Cloud, Florida. Since establishing the brokerage in 2003, he has led the company for over 15 years and has been a resident of St. Cloud for more than 17 years. As the broker of record, Steven is deeply involved in the daily operations of the firm, overseeing everything from marketing initiatives to training programs, and actively engaging in fieldwork. His enthusiasm for real estate is evident, enhancing the experience of his clients and team alike.

In 2018, Steven achieved remarkable personal production in residential real estate, nearing $20 million across more than 90 transactions, primarily in Osceola County. He holds both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) designations, complemented by over 22 years of industry experience. This extensive background allows him to adeptly address his clients' needs, embodying the company’s motto, “Real Estate Done Right!”

A strong advocate for transparency in the real estate sector, Steven prioritizes honesty and assertiveness in his interactions with clients, team members, and fellow realtors. Steven's accomplishments include being featured in Florida Realtor Magazine at the age of 23 and achieving a ranking of 62nd in Central Florida for production totals in Realtor Top 500 magazine in 2018. His proven track record, combined with his in-depth understanding of the St. Cloud market and its unique challenges, ensures that clients enjoy a “No Surprises” experience throughout their transactions.

In addition to facilitating buyer and seller transactions, Steven actively purchases and remodels several properties each year in the St. Cloud area. This hands-on experience keeps him attuned to various home-related challenges, enabling him to provide valuable insights to clients regarding potential issues and improvements when purchasing their own homes.

Originally from Wales, Steven emigrated to Florida at the age of 15, settling in Kissimmee with his family. The move was motivated by the economic climate in the UK under Margaret Thatcher, as his father sought better opportunities in the United States. After graduating from Lake Highland School in Orlando in 1995, Steven initially considered college but opted instead to enter the real estate field in 1997 at the age of 19, following his father's advice. His early career at a small brokerage in Winter Park allowed him to gain extensive knowledge of Central Florida, and his dedication led to significant success in his first year.

After five years in the industry, driven by a desire for growth, Steven obtained his broker’s license and founded Homepride Realty Services. Starting from a modest one-room office, the brokerage has evolved into a prominent player in the St. Cloud residential real estate market, despite setbacks from the 2008 recession. Steven envisions Homepride as the go-to brokerage for property transactions in the area and looks forward to further expanding the company while delivering the distinctive Homepride experience.

Steven resides in St. Cloud with his family, including three children and a stepson, ensuring a lively household filled with activity. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, reading, supporting his favorite soccer team, Arsenal, engaging in home improvement projects, and maintaining a regular workout routine.
