About Sujo McKee

**Real Estate with a West Texan Touch**

Embodying the core values of integrity, honesty, hard work, respect, and commitment, this West Texan real estate professional approaches every client interaction with a philosophy rooted in traditional values. A firm handshake, a nod of understanding, and a genuine smile are the hallmarks of their service, ensuring that each client feels valued and respected throughout their real estate journey.

A proud native of Coleman, Texas, they graduated from Texas Tech University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications, later earning a Master’s degree in Agricultural Education along with a lifetime teaching certificate. Before discovering their passion for real estate, they honed their skills in various roles, including Marketing Representative for John Deere, Director of Sales and Marketing for the Midland Convention & Visitors Bureau, and a successful career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Forest Pharmaceuticals.

Returning to Midland in 2012, they joined The Victoria Printz Team Realtors in July 2013, initially serving as a Licensed Contract to Closing Specialist under the guidance of broker Victoria Printz, a leader in home sales since 1998. During this time, they also contributed as an agent on the team, gaining invaluable experience through hundreds of transactions. After two years, they transitioned to a full-time agent role, focusing on both buyers and sellers. Since obtaining their real estate license in October 2013, they have successfully closed over 250 transactions, totaling more than $64 million in sales by August 2019.

In July 2021, they achieved a significant milestone by obtaining their broker's license and subsequently launched their own brokerage, SuJo McKee Real Estate. Their expertise spans various sectors, including farm and ranch, commercial, and residential properties across West and Central Texas, particularly in the Midland-Odessa area (the Permian Basin), Coleman, Brownwood, Abilene, and the surrounding counties.

Outside of real estate, they serve as Tournament Director for golf events during the spring and summer months and cherish time spent in the countryside with family.

Coleman County, Texas represents a fascinating microcosm of rural real estate dynamics, where traditional ranching properties intersect with small-town residential markets. Located in the heart of Texas, this county encompasses approximately 1,273 square miles of diverse terrain that includes rolling hills, agricultural land, and established communities that have weathered decades of economic transitions.

The real estate landscape here operates with remarkable efficiency despite its rural character, supported by exactly 20 actively licensed agents who maintain complete digital connectivity - all 20 agents have email addresses, reflecting the modern approach to rural real estate practice. This complete digital adoption rate is surprisingly high for rural Texas counties and demonstrates the professionalism of the local real estate community.

Major Coleman County, Texas Real Estate Markets

Coleman, the county seat, anchors the primary residential market with its historic downtown district and established neighborhoods surrounding Lake Coleman. The city offers a mix of vintage homes from the early 1900s oil boom era alongside more contemporary ranch-style properties. Santa Anna represents another significant market hub, featuring agricultural properties and rural residential lots that attract buyers seeking country living within commuting distance of larger Texas cities.

The western portions of the county, including areas around Novice and Burkett, showcase expansive ranch properties and hunting leases that command premium prices from investors and recreational buyers. These markets often involve complex transactions requiring specialized knowledge of water rights, mineral rights, and agricultural exemptions that local agents navigate with expertise developed through generations of rural practice.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Coleman County's real estate market exhibits surprising resilience, driven by diverse demand sources including agricultural investors, hunting enthusiasts, and retirees seeking affordable rural lifestyles. Properties here typically remain on the market longer than urban areas, but this extended timeline allows for thorough due diligence on complex rural transactions involving septic systems, well water, and easement rights.

The county's proximity to Abilene and San Angelo creates interesting commuter markets, particularly in the eastern sections near Talpa and Valera. These areas have seen increased interest from remote workers and small business owners who value lower property taxes and larger lot sizes while maintaining reasonable access to urban amenities and services.

Why Businesses Need Coleman County, Texas Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and property service providers require direct access to Coleman County's tight-knit agent network to effectively serve this specialized market. These agents possess irreplaceable local knowledge about everything from soil conditions and flood patterns to the intricate family histories that often influence property transactions in rural communities.

The complete email connectivity among all 20 licensed agents creates unique opportunities for B2B service providers to efficiently reach the entire market through targeted digital campaigns. This level of digital adoption, combined with the agents' deep local expertise, makes Coleman County an ideal testing ground for rural-focused real estate services and technologies.
