About Susan Stevens

Sue embarked on her real estate journey in 1989, continuing a family legacy as a third-generation Realtor in the mountain region. Originally from Sidney, Nebraska, she relocated to the Livermore and Red Feather Lakes area at the age of five. Until 1979, Sue contributed to her family's ranching operations before pursuing her education in West Virginia, where she specialized in animal science and stable management. During her studies, she earned certifications as a riding instructor and a Riding Master in Dressage.
