About Susan Baldwin

Susan, a lifelong resident of South Tampa, has dedicated over 45 years to her community. A proud graduate of Plant High School and the University of Florida's College of Journalism, she returned to South Tampa after completing her studies to raise her family. Throughout her life, Susan has actively engaged in various nonprofit organizations, serving on multiple boards focused on child welfare and education within the Hillsborough County Public School System.

In 2002, Susan transitioned into real estate, obtaining her license and partnering with Kevin Chadwick of The Chadwick Group to introduce the Keller Williams brand to Tampa. As a founding member of the South Tampa market center, she has consistently achieved record-breaking sales and has taken on a mentorship role within the industry.

In 2014, Susan collaborated with the accomplished Sarah Baldwin, leading to the formation of the Baldwin Casey Team. Together, they have successfully mentored three additional agents and are poised for another record-breaking year in residential real estate. What began as a career pursuit for Susan has transformed into a mission—one that encompasses her clients, her team, and her business.
