Suzie Connell, a native of Southern California, grew up in Altadena before relocating to Ventura after a decade in Hawaii. Upon her return to the mainland, she co-owned a clothing store with her mother and also worked as a travel agent, focusing on Hawaiian destinations. For over 20 years, Suzie excelled as a personal fitness trainer in the private country club sector, during which she connected with Bob Majorino, the broker and owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Realty. Inspired by his mentorship, Suzie transitioned into real estate.

Now specializing in Ventura County, particularly in Spanish Hills in Camarillo and the coastal areas, Suzie is known for her ability to navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, providing her clients with effective solutions to unexpected challenges. Outside of her professional endeavors, Suzie enjoys spending time with her two charming Pomeranians and three affectionate rescue cats. She is also actively involved in local animal rescue efforts.
