With deep roots in Florida, this agent represents five generations of family history in the state. Her maternal lineage traces back to France and England, while her paternal side arrived from England via Tennessee, both settling in Duval County. Raised in Miami as the youngest daughter of Charlie Tate, a dedicated football coach, she spent her formative years on the sidelines, supporting the Miami High Stingarees and the Miami Hurricanes. Her three brothers continue the family tradition of coaching in Polk County.

After many successful years with ReMax, she spent eight years at Keller Williams, where she served as the broker for a large and profitable office.
