About Suzanne Feese

Barb Rowland and Suzanne Feese are seasoned real estate professionals affiliated with PalmerHouse Properties, operating from the Decatur, Georgia, and St. Petersburg, Florida offices. Together, they form a dedicated two-person team, ensuring exceptional service and value for their clients throughout every transaction.

Barb brings nearly two decades of full-time real estate experience, while Suzanne transitioned into the field in 2016 after a distinguished 20-year career as a corporate tax attorney. Their partnership began on January 1, 2016, at the PalmerHouse office in Downtown Decatur. In January 2019, they proudly expanded their operations to St. Petersburg, marking the establishment of the first PalmerHouse Properties office in that area, all while continuing to manage their Atlanta and Decatur business.

In just four years, Barb and Suzanne have successfully closed over $65 million in sales volume and completed 175 transactions across Metro Atlanta, coastal Georgia, and St. Petersburg. Their diverse portfolio includes working with investors, first-time homebuyers, seasoned sellers, and facilitating 1031 exchanges, as well as handling single-family homes, condos, multifamily rentals, new construction, and commercial properties.

Their achievements have not gone unnoticed; they have consistently ranked among the top producers at PalmerHouse Properties, earning recognition as one of the top five agents or teams each year from 2016 to 2018. Both are recipients of the Life Pinnacle Award from the DeKalb Association of Realtors and were recognized as the 19th top realtors in the association in 2017. Additionally, Suzanne was honored as the Top New Realtor in 2016 for her impressive 66 transactions that year.

Barb's journey in real estate began in 2011 when she founded Common Ground Real Estate, which quickly became the fourth-ranked team at the DeKalb Association of Realtors by 2013. After selling CGRE in 2015, she and Suzanne launched their current partnership and expanded into the St. Petersburg market in late 2018.

Barb's extensive background in real estate began at the age of 18 when she was first licensed in South Carolina. Growing up in a family that owned a real estate firm in Miami Shores, Florida, she later enjoyed a successful 20-year career in the railroad industry, focusing on sales, marketing, and business development. Her personal experiences with 11 relocations have equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges associated with moving. Transitioning to real estate full-time in 2000, Barb has since garnered numerous accolades, including nominations for "Business Woman of the Year" by the Atlanta Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce and being voted "Best Real Estate Agent" by readers of the Georgia Voice in 2011.

Suzanne graduated as Valedictorian from Agnes Scott College in 1984, earning a B.A. with double majors in Astrophysics and Economics. She obtained her J.D. from Yale Law School in 1987 and completed a judicial clerkship with Hon. R. Lanier Anderson III on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Subsequently, she joined King & Spalding in Atlanta, where she spent over two decades as an associate and equity partner, specializing in tax law. During her tenure, she chaired the tax group and served as the hiring partner for the Atlanta office.

Suzanne's contributions to the community have been recognized through various honors, including being named one of Atlanta's "Outstanding Young People" in 1999 and participating in Leadership Atlanta in 2002. She served on the Board of Trustees for Agnes Scott College from 2004 to 2012, including three years as Vice Chair, and has held leadership roles on the boards of the Atlanta Women's Foundation and the Georgia Center for Children (now Georgia Center for Child Advocacy).

Fulton County stands as Georgia's economic powerhouse and the heart of the Atlanta metropolitan area, creating one of the Southeast's most dynamic and competitive real estate markets. Home to Atlanta's central business district, world-class universities, and major corporations like Coca-Cola and Delta Air Lines, this market attracts buyers and investors from across the globe. The sheer scale of opportunity here is reflected in the remarkable concentration of real estate professionals serving the area.

With 41,503 total actively licensed agents operating throughout Fulton County, the market demonstrates both incredible opportunity and intense competition. What's particularly noteworthy is that all 41,503 of these agents maintain email contact information, indicating a highly connected and digitally-savvy professional community that's essential for navigating today's fast-paced real estate environment.

Major Fulton County, Georgia Real Estate Markets

The county encompasses diverse markets ranging from Atlanta's luxury high-rises in Buckhead and Midtown to the historic charm of Virginia-Highland and Little Five Points. Sandy Springs has emerged as a major suburban hub with premium residential developments, while Roswell offers a perfect blend of historic downtown appeal and modern amenities. The southern portions of the county, including East Point and College Park, are experiencing rapid revitalization driven by proximity to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and major transportation corridors.

Each submarket within Fulton County operates with distinct characteristics and price points, from million-dollar estates in North Fulton communities like Johns Creek and Milton to emerging neighborhoods in South Fulton where young professionals are driving gentrification. The diversity creates multiple entry points for different buyer segments while requiring agents to maintain expertise across vastly different property types and price ranges.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Fulton County's real estate landscape is shaped by unique factors including MARTA transit access, school district boundaries, and proximity to major employment centers. The market experiences significant seasonal variations, with spring and fall typically showing the highest activity levels, though corporate relocations to Atlanta create year-round demand. Inventory levels vary dramatically between North and South Fulton, creating distinct supply-and-demand dynamics that savvy agents must navigate.

The county's position as a major relocation destination means agents frequently work with out-of-state buyers who rely heavily on virtual tours and digital communication. This has accelerated technology adoption among local professionals and created opportunities for agents who excel at remote client service. Additionally, the presence of multiple universities generates consistent rental and investment property demand, particularly in areas like Midtown and downtown Atlanta.

Why Businesses Need Fulton County, Georgia Agent Contact Data

Mortgage lenders, title companies, and real estate service providers recognize that Fulton County's 41,503 licensed agents represent an enormous network of potential business partners and referral sources. Given the high transaction volumes and property values throughout the county, establishing relationships with even a fraction of these professionals can significantly impact business growth. The fact that comprehensive email contact information exists for all active agents makes targeted outreach and relationship building more efficient than ever.

Real estate technology companies, home improvement services, and financial institutions particularly benefit from direct access to this agent network, as Fulton County professionals handle some of Georgia's most complex and high-value transactions. The concentration of luxury properties and corporate relocations means agents here often work with clients who require premium services and are less price-sensitive, making them ideal partners for businesses offering specialized or high-end solutions.
