Suzanne relocated to Long Beach 26 years ago to pursue her education at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology in 1991 and a Master’s degree in Applied Anthropology in 1998. Her career began in behavioral health research and evaluation at CSULB. Transitioning into real estate over nine years ago, Suzanne embraced the challenges of the industry, navigating the market's fluctuations from its peak to its decline. Remarkably, she remained active in the field during the downturn, witnessing the market's gradual recovery since 2012. Her previous experience as a project manager has honed her attention to detail, allowing her to meticulously manage every aspect of a transaction. Suzanne prioritizes clear communication and guidance throughout the buying or selling process, building her business on a foundation of commitment, knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. She resides in East Long Beach with her husband, a teacher at Long Beach Polytechnic High School, and their three sons, who attend local schools. Suzanne is actively involved in her community, serving on the PTA board at her son’s middle school and supporting their sports and music activities.

Christina Fletcher brings a wealth of experience to real estate, having successfully operated an online business for over a decade. Christina has called Long Beach home since 2002, where she lives with her husband, a marine superintendent at the Port of Los Angeles, and their two teenage daughters, who attend school in Los Alamitos. Outside of her real estate endeavors, Christina volunteers with the PTA and Girl Scouts, and actively supports her daughters’ participation in Long Beach Crew and dance activities.
