About Suzette Yust

Susi moved to the Joplin, Missouri area in 1988, having previously spent a significant portion of her adult life in Springfield, Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from Southwest Missouri State University in 1981. Following her graduation, she married and welcomed her son, Andy.

An active member of the Ozarks Kennel Club, Susi is deeply involved in Great Dane Rescue and cross-country dog rescue transport initiatives.

Since 1998, Susi has built a career in real estate within the Joplin community. She initially entered the field through the title industry, serving as a closing processor and later as a closer for Hawkins Title Company. In December 1999, she transitioned to a licensed assistant role and has since established herself as an independent Realtor at PRO 100 Inc. REALTORS, a brokerage affiliated with the Ozark Gateway Board of REALTORS and its Multiple Listing Service.

Susi holds a license as a Real Estate Salesperson and has achieved both the GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certifications, underscoring her commitment to professional development in the real estate sector.
