About Suzy Dix

My family has lived in the Spokane area for generations My mom was born here in 1914 and my dad was president of Dix Corporation here in Spokane I grew up in Spokane and graduated from WSU I then went on to get a Masters Degree in Biology and Education with an emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology from Gonzaga University While degrees in anatomy and education may seem odd for a Realtor that background has served me well (I get bunged up occasionally playing polo!)

I’ve been selling houses and properties since 1989 In 2014 I sold properties totaling $10 1 million ranking me in the top 20 of Spokane area realtors every year since 1998 I was also ranked in the top 3 “Best Realtor” listing in the “Pacific Northwest Inlander” annual readers poll

In economic times where so many people are hurting financially I regularly handle the sale or purchase of my client’s biggest asset I take personal responsibility in that I feel for my sellers in tough situations and realize the importance my expertise brings to their lives A well—handled real estate transaction can be a win-win for both the seller and the buyer Consider choosing a Realtor because they are a pro with a successful track record Do not turn over your largest asset to your family’s friend Would you do this with your entire stock portfolio

I am passionate about my service to the community and beyond I have been appointed to the Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy in Washington State (www nature org) am a sponsor of the Cobra Polo Classic Benefitting the Ronald McDonald House Charities Spokane (rmhspokane org) and a board member of the Dishman Hills Conservancy (www dishmanhills org) The DHC is a conservation minded organization working with neighbors and landowners and is committed to the management and stewardship of this unique area We are in the process of trying to link Spokane County Park land Department of Natural Resource land and the Dishman Hills Natural Area to provide a close-in place for recreation education and wildlife corridors I am also a board member of Carl Wilken’s “World Outside My Shoes” —an organization whose goal is to inspire and equip people to stand up against genocide racism and intolerance (www worldoutsidemyshoes org) In the past I have been involved with the Ronald McDonald House as a board member WSU Foundation for Planned Giving Meals on Wheels past vice president of The Morning Star Boys Ranch Foundation am past president of the Spokane Polo Club and board member of Spokanimal animal rescue

Many of my clients get involved with me in these organizations Maybe it’s my passion rubbing off on them or maybe I am just a tough person to say “no” to Either way these wonderful organizations benefit from their involvement

When I am not showing houses and property I am running my working farm with 30 horses (polo roping and breeding stock) or playing polo I’ve played internationally in Ambassador’s Cup matches (invitation only and often as the only woman competing) and in women’s tournaments in England Australia Mexico New Zealand and South Africa No matter where I go on these quick trips I am in touch with my clients by phone on a daily basis Polo is a great sport and I have leveraged that interest into initiating and serving on the organizing committee for the annual Cobra Roofing Polo Classic that has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for the Ronald McDonald House

I've got two great kids—both graduates of Washington State University (located just 80 miles south of Spokane in Pullman) Catlin now owns the Catlin Dix Horse and Cattle Company where she breeds and raises horses and cattle after serving as the head of the Equine Therapy Program at the Morningstar Boys Ranch in Spokane Cody has a degree in ag economics and is working on his father’s cattle ranch southwest of Spokane He was featured on the cover of the Inlander as "The Last of the Cowboys" Both of my kids were on the WSU Rodeo Team were members of the Spokane Ski Racing Association and are members of the Spokane Polo Club

My four big interests are my family farm horses and land Real estate is not just my career it’s also something I invest in myself I am a true believer in what I do and I think that after working with me you will be too

Mortgage lenders, title companies, and PropTech startups consistently buy Spokane County real estate agent email lists to reach decision-makers who control transaction flow. Insurance agents targeting real estate professionals, continuing education providers seeking course enrollments, and recruiting firms looking to poach top talent all rely on verified agent contact data to fuel their outreach campaigns.

With 2,588 actively licensed real estate agents in Spokane County, this targeted list eliminates the guesswork of finding qualified prospects. Rather than cold-calling random brokerages or hoping agents visit your website, you can deliver your message directly to verified email inboxes of professionals who need your services, whether that's loan products, closing services, lead generation tools, or career opportunities.

Why Buy a Spokane County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our Spokane County agent data comes directly from Washington state licensing board records, ensuring every email belongs to a currently licensed professional. While cheap list vendors scrape outdated websites or sell recycled contact databases, we update our files monthly and guarantee 96% email deliverability. This means your campaigns reach real inboxes instead of bouncing to dead addresses that damage your sender reputation.

We're the only vendor offering Spokane County real estate agent emails segmented down to the zip code level, allowing precise geographic targeting within the county. Whether you need agents in downtown Spokane's 99201 zip code or suburban areas like 99218, our granular data beats generic county-wide blasts that waste budget on irrelevant contacts outside your service area.

How to Use This Spokane County Agent List

Email outreach remains the most cost-effective way to reach real estate agents at scale, but avoid mainstream platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact which prohibit purchased lists. Instead, use cold-email platforms designed for prospecting, or consider Zap Contact at zapcontact.com—Dr Bill's purpose-built platform specifically engineered for purchased contact lists with built-in compliance features and deliverability optimization.

Beyond email campaigns, this verified contact data supports direct mail pieces, LinkedIn connection requests, and targeted phone outreach. You can segment the list by broker versus sales agent roles, focusing your messaging on decision-makers versus individual contributors. Many clients combine multiple channels—starting with email nurture sequences, following up with direct mail for non-responders, and using phone calls for hot prospects who engage with initial outreach.

Why Spokane County, Washington Agent Data Matters

Spokane County encompasses major markets including Spokane city, Spokane Valley, Cheney, and Liberty Lake, each with distinct real estate dynamics and agent needs. Rather than broadcasting generic messages to all 45,000+ Washington state agents, targeting Spokane County's 2,588 licensed professionals allows personalized messaging that references local market conditions, nearby landmarks, and regional business challenges that resonate with your prospects.

Local targeting consistently outperforms statewide campaigns because agents respond better to vendors who understand their specific market. A mortgage lender mentioning Spokane Valley's growth or a title company referencing Cheney's university-driven rental market demonstrates market knowledge that builds immediate credibility and increases response rates compared to generic Washington state outreach.
