Sylvia embarked on her real estate journey in 2000, following a successful 15-year career as a licensed court reporter in Texas. After a life-altering grease fire incident in the late 1990s, which resulted in significant injuries to her hands, Sylvia embraced a new path in real estate, obtaining her license in 2000. What initially seemed like a setback ultimately became a transformative opportunity.
