Tad Miller is a seasoned real estate professional with a focus on the North Eastern Lee County market, while also extending his expertise throughout the Southwest Florida region. He has a particular affinity for marketing properties in his own community, Historic Olga, which is nestled along the scenic Caloosahatchee River in Fort Myers.

Having moved to Florida at the age of five, Tad has deep roots in the state. In 1980, he transitioned from Pompano Beach to Fort Myers, where he has since made the Buckingham and Olga areas his home. His journey in real estate began in the early 1990s, and by 2003, he established his own brokerage. In 2008, he partnered with West Coast Realty Inc., shifting his focus to the expanding commercial and residential markets in Olga and its neighboring communities. Together with his wife, Susana, he now co-owns West Coast Realty Inc. Tad is a certified member of the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Tad and Susana enjoy quality time with their son, often engaging in fishing and scuba diving.
