A proud native of Oregon, Taj grew up in Oregon City before relocating to the Central Oregon Coast during his high school years, where he graduated from Nestucca High School in the quaint town of Cloverdale. Following high school, he pursued his education in Eugene. His adventurous spirit led him to travel across the country in 1998, and in 1999, he embarked on a sailing expedition to Costa Rica and back. After returning, Taj spent three years in Breckenridge, Colorado, where he indulged in his passion for snowboarding.

Eventually, Taj returned to the Central Oregon Coast, settling in Lincoln City, where he met his wife, Corrie. Since 2003, they have built a life together, raising their two daughters and enjoying the beauty of the Oregon Coast daily. Taj began his real estate career during this time, combining his local knowledge with a passion for helping families find their perfect homes.
