About Tamasha Rose

Tomi Rose is recognized as one of the top one percent of real estate agents in the United States, solidifying her status among the elite professionals in the industry.

As the Founder and Senior Director of Aston Rose, the first national luxury real estate firm focused on sports and entertainment, Tomi has overseen approximately $60 million in closed transactions since the firm’s launch on March 17, 2022. With a team of 20 affiliated agents, she has established herself as a pioneering entrepreneur and strategic innovator in South Florida’s luxury real estate market.

Tomi gained international acclaim through her participation in NBC’s *Hot Listings Miami*, which showcased her expertise in high-profile real estate transactions. Notably, she facilitated the sale of 3590 Crystal View Court, known as the “King’s Palace,” in North Coconut Grove, and achieved the highest-priced home sale on South Beach at 70 Palm Island, marking the fifth-largest sale in Miami-Dade County history.

In 2010, Tomi joined the in-house residential sales team at W South Beach, where she contributed to over $125 million in sales. By 2012, she had individually surpassed $25 million in sales, distinguishing herself as one of the top producers at her previous firm.

In 2013, Tomi conceptualized the integration of sports and entertainment divisions within real estate brokerages, a vision she advanced as Senior Vice President at Opulence International Realty. In her inaugural fiscal year, her portfolio exceeded $50 million in listed properties. This innovative approach gained traction and was subsequently adopted by leading brokerages, including ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Douglas Elliman, Compass, and Keller Williams.

During her tenure at Douglas Elliman, Tomi's remarkable performance led to her recognition as the firm’s first Senior Director of the Luxury Sales Sports and Entertainment Division. Within six months of joining, she closed over $10 million in sales, ultimately finishing the year with over $30 million in transactions. In 2017, she ranked fifth in sales volume across two offices, earning her a place in Douglas Elliman's top one percent of agents and recognition as the sole new agent from the firm's 150 Florida offices to be honored for revenue generation.

As a leader, Tomi established the Tomi Rose Team, comprising experts in residential and commercial developments and investments. In 2021, the team ranked in the top eight percent out of 7,000 agents nationwide and received accolades for placing in the top five percent, positioning them among the top 300 agents nationally.

Tomi has received numerous awards, including recognition as one of Billboard Music's Top 15 Real Estate Agents and accolades from the International Career and Business Alliance (ICABA) as a South Florida Rising Star. She has also been honored as one of South Florida’s Most Powerful Black Professionals in Business and received the Trailblazer of the Year award from the Miami Herald’s Legacy Magazine. Her achievements include the Leader Award from Douglas Elliman and recognition as a Top One Percent Agent Nationwide by America’s Best Real Trends.

Tomi's integrity and influence continue to drive the evolution of the sports and entertainment real estate sector, earning her a prominent reputation that has been featured in major media outlets such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance, People, ESPN, CNN, and NBC.

Broward County's real estate market stands as one of South Florida's most dynamic and diverse property landscapes, stretching from the Atlantic coastline to the western Everglades with over 31 municipalities creating distinct micro-markets. With 56,008 total actively licensed agents serving this expansive region, the county represents a concentrated hub of real estate activity that rivals major metropolitan areas nationwide. This substantial agent population reflects the area's robust transaction volume and the complex nature of serving everything from luxury oceanfront condominiums in Fort Lauderdale to suburban family homes in Plantation and Coral Springs.

The sheer density of licensed professionals—with all 56,008 agents maintaining active email communications—demonstrates how technology-driven and interconnected this market has become. Unlike many markets where agent communication remains fragmented across various platforms, Broward County's comprehensive digital connectivity enables rapid information flow and collaboration across its geographically diverse territories, from the canal-front properties of Las Olas to the golf course communities of Weston.

Major Broward County, Florida Real Estate Markets

Fort Lauderdale serves as the county's primary economic engine, with its downtown core, beachfront districts, and expanding urban neighborhoods attracting both international investors and domestic relocations. The city's market complexity spans from multi-million dollar yachting estates along the Intracoastal to emerging neighborhoods like Flagler Village, where industrial conversions meet modern urban living. Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, and Coral Springs each maintain distinct market characteristics, with Hollywood's beachfront revival competing directly with Miami Beach, while western communities like Davie and Southwest Ranches offer equestrian properties and larger lots appealing to families seeking space.

The county's coastal markets from Deerfield Beach south to Hallandale Beach create a continuous luxury corridor, each with specialized agent expertise in oceanfront regulations, hurricane-resistant construction, and international buyer preferences. Meanwhile, inland markets like Sunrise, Tamarac, and Margate have evolved from retirement communities into multigenerational neighborhoods, requiring agents skilled in both active adult communities and traditional family housing markets.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Broward County's real estate complexity stems from its unique position between Miami-Dade's international luxury focus and Palm Beach County's established wealth corridors. This geographic sandwich effect creates pricing pressures and buyer migration patterns that require sophisticated market knowledge, explaining why the county supports such a large agent population relative to its size. The market experiences significant seasonal fluctuations, with winter months bringing Canadian and northeastern buyers, while summer periods see increased local activity and corporate relocations.

Hurricane resilience, flood zone navigation, and HOA regulations vary dramatically across the county's diverse housing stock, from 1970s concrete block homes in Oakland Park to new construction towers in downtown Fort Lauderdale. These complexities require specialized knowledge that many agents develop within specific geographic niches, creating opportunities for targeted business outreach and partnership development.

Why Businesses Need Broward County, Florida Agent Contact Data

Service providers, from mortgage companies to home inspection services, find Broward County's large agent population creates exceptional referral opportunities when properly cultivated through targeted communication strategies. With 56,008 agents all maintaining active email addresses, businesses can segment outreach by geographic specialization, price point focus, or transaction volume, maximizing marketing efficiency in this competitive landscape.

The county's diverse property types and international buyer presence create numerous ancillary business opportunities, from luxury staging companies targeting waterfront specialists to insurance providers focusing on flood-prone areas. Having comprehensive agent contact data enables businesses to identify and connect with the specific agent segments most likely to generate qualified referrals and ongoing partnership opportunities.
