Tammy Bohannon, a seasoned real estate professional, founded Upside Realty LLC in 2015 after nearly two decades with various ERA Real Estate agencies in the Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Pensacola Beach areas.

An entrepreneur at heart, Tammy's interest in politics was sparked during childhood visits to the legislature, where she observed her uncle's work as a legislator. Since joining ERA Beach Ball Realty, she has consistently ranked as a top producer. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous real estate professionals within the ERA Legacy Realty team, achieving an impressive annual sales volume of $28 million at her peak. Known for her dedication, focus, and high energy, Tammy maintains a well-rounded approach to her work.

Outside of her professional life, Tammy is a proud mother of three grown daughters and a grandmother to three granddaughters and one grandson, all of whom she cherishes.
