Her leadership roles include serving as president of the Citrus County Business Association and secretary of the Inverness Little League.

Tammy takes pride in her family, including her son, a five-year veteran of the US Marine Corps, who continues to serve as a lineman. He, along with his wife and their son, Riot, live nearby. She also has a beautiful daughter currently in high school.
