About Tammy Rosendale

Tammy, a lifelong resident of Kent Island, discovered her passion for real estate early on, influenced by her family's extensive involvement in the industry. After obtaining her real estate license in 1996, she joined a prominent independent firm, where she honed her skills and knowledge. It was during this time that she met her husband, Michael, who was managing the family business established in 1978 by his mother, Mary Lou (Rosendale) Pierson.

In 2001, Tammy earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, further enhancing her expertise. By 2010, she took on the role of Broker at Rosendale Realty, where she and Michael have since worked diligently to expand the business.

Tammy's commitment to community engagement is evident through her past presidency of the Chesapeake Women’s Network and her current role on the Chamber board. She actively contributes her time and resources to various local charities, reflecting her dedication to the area.

Now residing in Queenstown with their dog, Riley, Tammy and Michael enjoy watching their children thrive, one of whom has also pursued a career in real estate. Together, they continue to uphold their reputation as a trusted name in the industry.

The Chester and Kent Island areas represent the county's premium waterfront markets, where luxury properties command top dollar for Chesapeake Bay access and stunning water views. Seasonal fluctuations play a significant role in market activity, with waterfront properties experiencing peak interest during spring and summer months when buyers can fully appreciate the county's recreational assets.
