For the past four years, Tania has been affiliated with a military-owned brokerage, where she has gained in-depth knowledge of VA loan processes, making her a trusted resource for many of her clients, who are primarily active-duty service members and veterans.

Tania's journey in real estate began a decade ago when she relocated to San Diego and joined a private real estate firm focused on property investment, management, and development. Her role as an Acquisitions Manager allowed her to develop essential skills and gain invaluable experience in property development.

Her foundation for success is built on dedication, education, and hard work. Tania earned a full athletic scholarship to play on the Women’s Tennis Team at Florida Atlantic University, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Trade. She further pursued her passion for business with a Master’s in International Business and became a licensed California Real Estate Agent in 2014.
