About Tanya Stutz

Tanya Lowery, a Monroe, Louisiana native, embarked on her professional journey after graduating from Ouachita Christian School. She served honorably in the U.S. Army before pursuing higher education at Northeast Louisiana University (now the University of Louisiana at Monroe), where she initially focused on accounting. Her interest in real estate was sparked in 1996 while navigating the home-buying process for her first property. Encouraged by her real estate broker, Tanya shifted her academic focus to Real Estate, a decision that has shaped her career since.

Since entering the real estate sector in 1999, Tanya has committed herself to ongoing education, ensuring she remains informed about market dynamics and regulatory changes. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and possesses a Real Estate Broker’s license. Additionally, she has earned several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). Tanya is also a graduate of the Louisiana Realtor Association Leadership Program and regularly participates in continuing education courses.
