About Tara Seis

Tara is a 4th generation Pescottonian Her family's history in the area dates back to the late 1800's and includes ownership of the historic Apache Lodge Motel Halford's Café and Halford Concrete Her family members have filled community rolls such as Prescott City Councilman Lawyer Secretary of Yavapai County Cattle Growers Association Railroad engineer General Contractor and still includes many working Cowboys

After marrying her husband in 2008 Tara has lived on many ranches throughout the State of Arizona and a few in New Mexico In 2009 Tara joined the Kooiman Realty family as a part-time bookkeeper for our REO team and earned her Real Estate License in 2014 Tara has an amazing work ethic knowledge of the area and a great sense of humor Each Real Estate Transaction is unique and brings a unique set of facts and often obstacles with it Tara excels at finding the answers to make each real estate transaction as seamless and efficient as possible
