About Ted Russert
Ted has a long-standing connection to the real estate industry, having been immersed in it from an early age. Raised in Palmer, Alaska, just outside Anchorage, he grew up in a family that was deeply involved in real estate; his parents established Russert Realty in the late 1970s after years of experience in investing, building, and serving as REALTORS.
After earning his degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, Ted relocated to Sacramento in 1992. He began his real estate career as an investor in 1994 and obtained his REALTOR license by 1997. Currently, he provides tailored, professional services to numerous clients each year, guiding them through every step of the buying or selling process.
Ted specializes in the upscale neighborhoods of Sacramento and its surrounding areas. He has spent several years living in the Land Park community and now resides in Arden Hills, near the American River. A distinguished member of the Sacramento Masters Club, Ted has also received the prestigious President's Circle designation during his tenure at Coldwell Banker.
