Teffy Jacobs serves as Vice President at Doris Jacobs Real Estate, a division of Allie Beth Allman & Associates. A lifelong resident of Dallas, she is the second generation in her family to pursue a career in residential real estate. Teffy focuses on some of Dallas' most esteemed neighborhoods, including Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Turtle Creek, Uptown, the Dallas Arts District, Bluffview, Greenway Parks, Lakewood, North Dallas, Plano, and Frisco, where she has successfully listed numerous high-profile properties.

In her role, Teffy also acts as the Marketing Director for Doris Jacobs Real Estate, overseeing the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies across print, social media, and digital platforms. Her initiatives are designed to foster ongoing relationships with past clients while attracting new business and referrals. Teffy collaborates closely with a network of professionals, including graphic designers, advertising agencies, public relations firms, photographers, and office management, ensuring the success of the firm. Additionally, she coordinates all special events for Doris Jacobs Real Estate.

Teffy is a graduate of Highland Park High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Southern California (USC). Her professional background includes roles in sales and marketing with Fortune 500 companies such as FedEx Kinko's, Eastman Kodak Company, and CrossLand Mortgage Corporation. In these positions, she contributed to strategic marketing communications, branding, advertising, social media initiatives, corporate event planning, and client relations. In 2003, Teffy chose to leverage her expertise by joining the family business at Doris Jacobs Real Estate.

Inspired by her mother’s legacy, Teffy embraces her responsibilities in work, family, and community service. She has actively participated in a variety of charitable events and organizations throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Her involvement includes serving on the Board of the Oak Lawn Park & Arlington Hall Conservancy, as well as participating in initiatives with the Cattle Baron's Ball, Junior League of Dallas, KidneyTexas Inc., Family Place, Dallas Symphony Orchestra League, Dallas Museum of Art, Pi Beta Phi Alumni Club, John Wayne Foundation, TACA Community Partners, Heroes and Handbags, Texas Ballet Theater, American Red Cross, Equest, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Trinity River Mission, Dallas Habitat for Humanity, Salvation Army, Dallas Heritage Village, and the Dallas Heart Ball.

Teffy currently resides in the Park Cities, where she is an active member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church and a supporter of the Highland Park Independent School District.
