About Teresa Ferrara

Joe holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Dayton, where he developed a keen interest in marketing and sales negotiations. Over a 30-year career, he has successfully assisted clients in securing solutions for large data centers. Having spent many winters in Rochester, New York, he often found himself winterizing his boat rather than enjoying water skiing on Lake Ontario, dreaming of warmer days spent in shorts and flip-flops.

Teresa earned her bachelor's degree in computer science from Butler University in Indianapolis. Growing up in landlocked Indiana, she learned to sail on a manmade reservoir and longed for a life by the expansive waters of the Space Coast, surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River Lagoon, part of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The couple met while working on sales and marketing initiatives for their corporate employer and married in 1991. Nearly two decades ago, they realized their dream of living in a Florida beachside community. Since relocating to Brevard County in 1997, they have embraced their new lifestyle alongside their two grown children. Their move to the Melbourne beachside area not only fulfilled their aspirations but also introduced them to what they consider Florida's best-kept secret.
