About Teri Sato

Teri Lynn, a lifelong resident of Hawaii, brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector, encompassing business development, customer service, sales, and community engagement. Her career commenced in Title Underwriting, where she served as the Customer Service Director at First American Title. In this role, she pioneered the "Customer First" Program in Hawaii, enhancing service standards across the industry.

Throughout her career, Teri Lynn has been deeply involved in various aspects of real estate, including property searches and the preparation of title reports and policies as a Title Officer. She also managed multiple departments within the Title Division. In 2000, she took on the role of manager for Real Estate/Title Solutions LLC, a newly established joint venture affiliated with one of Oahu's largest real estate and escrow firms.

Her contributions to the industry extend to her active participation in professional organizations, including the Hawaii Land Title Association, the Executive Board of the Mortgage Lenders of Hawaii, and the Education Committee of the Mortgage Bankers of Hawaii. In 2007, Teri Lynn shifted her focus to assist buyers and sellers directly, completing the Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties New Agent Training Program in 2008. Her dedication to excellence was recognized in 2010 when she received the Waikiki Coldwell Banker Core Values Award from her peers.

She has been involved with the Families and Friends of Castle Project Graduation and the American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better Program.
