About Terri Boushon

Terri (Carroll) Boushon, a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, has established her roots in Oklahoma City and Edmond since her college years. She completed her high school education at Jenks High School before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to her career in real estate, Terri dedicated three decades to Human Resources, culminating in her role as Director of HR at SG Holdings. She has also served as the President of the Oklahoma City Human Resources Society and chaired the Oklahoma State HR Conference.

Terri shares her life with her high school sweetheart, Phil, who has a background in residential construction in the Tulsa area. Together, they take pride in their three sons. Their eldest, Dustin, is involved in the family business, while Josh holds degrees in Computer/Electrical Engineering and an MBA, currently working with Lowe's. His wife, Jordan, is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in child therapy. Zach, the youngest, has a degree in Finance and is employed at Paycom. The family also includes two beloved pets: Jasper, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and Tucker, a Shih-Tzu.

An active member of Crossings Community Church, Terri enjoys a variety of hobbies, including cycling and dancing, with a particular fondness for west coast swing, country/western, and ballroom styles. She has previously served on the boards of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the March of Dimes.
