About Terri McCutcheon

Terri McCutcheon specializes in serving both buyers and sellers in the real estate markets of Collin, Grayson, Cooke, and Denton Counties. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Terri has resided in various locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area since 1984. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production and Operations Management from Texas A&M University and later earned her MBA from the University of Dallas.

Before transitioning to real estate, Terri built a successful career in semiconductor management with Texas Instruments and STMicroelectronics. After taking time off to raise her three sons, she returned to a management role in an oilfield production equipment company in 2011. Her aspiration for a career that allowed her to remain closer to home and contribute to her community ultimately led her to pursue real estate in 2014.

Terri is deeply committed to community service, having served on multiple volunteer boards, commissions, and committees. Her involvement includes roles as a Commissioner on the Town of Prosper Planning and Zoning Commission, a board member for Prosper Little League, and participation in the Prosper United Methodist Preschool Advisory Board. She also held leadership positions, including President of Vote! Yes for Prosper’s Future and the 2011 Bond Election, as well as serving on the Prosper ISD Bond Committee.

In addition to her expertise in residential, land, and farm & ranch real estate, Terri is a Certified Home Luxury Marketing Specialist, enhancing her ability to cater to a diverse clientele.

Residing in Prosper for over 15 years, Terri enjoys an active family life with her three sons, who keep her engaged and entertained. The family is also involved in various Prosper FFA livestock projects, and Terri proudly sponsors the Collin County Buyers Syndicate, supporting the Collin County Junior Livestock Show.
