About Terry Morehouse

Terry's journey in real estate began in 1976, initially as a strategy to enhance his successful general contracting business in the Allentown and Philadelphia regions. After navigating the challenges of the 1980-81 recession, he transitioned to a new career with John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. Within eighteen months, Terry distinguished himself as one of the top agents nationwide, earning membership in the prestigious Pennsylvania Leaders Roundtable and the Million Dollar Roundtable.

In 1985, Terry moved to Brandon, Florida, where he founded Morehouse Financial Services, a multi-faceted firm specializing in financial and estate planning, insurance, investment, and tax accounting. As President and CEO, he became a Registered Investment Advisor licensed with the NASD and held Life and Health Insurance licenses across five states. His commitment to professional development led him to achieve LUTCF accreditation through the Tampa Life Underwriters Association, where he also taught courses on life insurance and financial planning for several years.

Recognized as a community leader, Terry was a finalist for the "Brandon Small Business Leader of the Year Award" in both 1990 and 1994. His contributions extended to various organizations, including The Children’s Board, the Hillsborough County Housing Finance Authority, and the University of Tampa Board of Governors. He played a pivotal role in chartering the Brandon/East Hillsborough Chapter of the American Heart Association, serving as President for two years. Additionally, he co-founded the Family Financial Management Program for the Hillsborough County Cooperative Extension and was a board member of the Center Place Fine Arts and Civic Association in Brandon. As Vice President of Bloomingdale Little League, he successfully advocated for the league's preservation, resulting in Bloomingdale being recognized as one of the state's top facilities.

Terry has also been actively involved in local politics, making two close attempts for positions on the School Board and County Commission. In 1996, he was appointed to the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Hillsborough County School Board, where he served as Chairman from 1998 to 2000. His leadership during this period was instrumental in advancing Unitary Status resolutions that significantly impacted the school system. In recognition of his dedication to education, he received the E.D.D.I.E. Award (Excellence, Dedication, Devotion in Education) from the Hillsborough County School Board in 2000.

In 1998, Terry sold Morehouse Financial Services and returned to real estate full-time. Today, he leverages his extensive knowledge and experience, approaching each business endeavor with a distinctive perspective characterized by professionalism and expertise.

When mortgage lenders, title companies, PropTech startups, real estate recruiters, insurance providers, and continuing education companies need to reach actively licensed agents in Florida's fourth-largest county, they turn to targeted email lists. Our Hillsborough County real estate agent email database delivers 30,898 verified contacts of licensed professionals who make purchasing decisions, hire services, and invest in career development daily.

Unlike generic marketing lists that cast wide nets with poor results, this hyper-focused database connects you directly with agents working Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, and surrounding communities. Whether you're launching a new CRM platform, recruiting top producers, or promoting mortgage products, reaching the right agents in their local market drives significantly higher response rates than broad-based campaigns.

Why Buy a Hillsborough County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Our Hillsborough County agent data comes directly from Florida's state licensing board, ensuring every contact represents a currently active, licensed professional. While competitors scrape outdated websites or recycle stale contacts, we update our database monthly and guarantee 96% email deliverability. This means your campaigns reach real inboxes, not dead ends that damage your sender reputation.

Cheap alternatives flood the market with unverified contacts that bounce, spam-trap your domain, and waste your marketing budget. Our premium data undergoes rigorous verification processes, removing inactive licenses and updating contact changes. When you invest in quality data, you protect your email infrastructure while maximizing campaign ROI through genuine connections with decision-making agents.

How to Use This Hillsborough County Agent List

Email outreach remains the primary application for this database, particularly through cold-email platforms designed for purchased lists like Zap Contact (zapcontact.com), Dr Bill's purpose-built system that handles list uploads seamlessly. Avoid mainstream platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact, which prohibit purchased lists and may suspend accounts. Beyond email, these contacts enable direct mail campaigns, phone outreach, and LinkedIn connection strategies for multi-channel engagement.

Smart marketers segment this data by broker versus sales agent status, targeting different messages to different roles within real estate organizations. New agents need different services than veteran producers, and our detailed records allow precise targeting. Whether promoting lead generation tools to individual agents or presenting enterprise solutions to brokerage owners, segmented approaches using our verified data consistently outperform generic messaging.

Why Hillsborough County, Florida Agent Data Matters

Hillsborough County encompasses Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, Temple Terrace, and numerous unincorporated communities, representing one of Florida's most dynamic real estate markets. With 30,898 active agents concentrated in this single county, you're accessing a substantial market without the waste of statewide campaigns that include irrelevant rural areas or markets outside your service territory.

When you buy Hillsborough County real estate agent email list data at the zip code level—a granularity no other vendor provides within this county—you can target specific neighborhoods where your services are most relevant. Local targeting resonates with agents who think in terms of communities, school districts, and micro-markets, making your outreach immediately more credible and actionable than generic statewide blasts.
