Terry McCarty, a native of Redlands, California, grew up in a large family as one of twelve siblings. In 1990, he relocated to Orange County to pursue his education at California State University, Long Beach, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography in 1995.

Beginning his real estate career in 1998 with First Team Real Estate, Terry has spent over two decades establishing himself as one of Orange County's leading realtors. Since 2000, he has consistently ranked among the top 50 agents in closed transactions. His exceptional performance earned him his first Hall of Fame Award for outstanding sales achievement in 2003, a recognition he has received annually ever since.

With a remarkable track record of over 700 closed transactions and nearly $500 million in total sales volume, Terry possesses comprehensive expertise across various aspects of real estate, including residential listings, buyer representation, investment properties, commercial real estate, and distressed sales.

Terry is an active member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

He lives in Huntington Beach with his wife, Tara, and their two daughters.
