Terry Winkle, a lifelong resident of the Magic Valley, has deep roots in this vibrant community. Born in Twin Falls and raised in Buhl—a small farming town renowned as the "Trout Capital of the World"—Terry developed a strong appreciation for family, community, and hard work from an early age. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged during his junior high and high school years when he and his brothers operated a lawn care business, instilling in him the principles of trust and respect for others and their property.

After graduating high school, Terry attended the College of Southern Idaho while gaining diverse work experience within the Magic Valley. His career took a pivotal turn when he became the store manager of a home furnishings and decor business, where he began to acquire rental properties. This experience sparked his interest in real estate, leading him to pursue a career in the field. In 2002, Terry became a licensed Realtor, and he has since furthered his education to achieve the status of Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and Certified Residential Specialist.

Throughout his real estate career, Terry has cultivated meaningful relationships with his clients, finding immense satisfaction in sharing his love for the Magic Valley and its residents. On a personal note, Terry is happily married to his wife, Judi Aguirre, and they have two college-bound daughters. Judi, an avid runner, has a goal of participating in a "fun run" in each state, and Terry has joined her in this adventure, adding visits to unique parks and golf courses along the way. With a fondness for homemade chocolate chip cookies and old-fashioned donuts, Terry values laughter and cherishes time spent with friends. As their daughters embark on their own journeys, Terry and Judi look forward to exploring new destinations together.
