THERESA KRAKAUER has been a residential real estate professional for over 30 years She is currently licensed to do business in both Arizona and California Theresa grew up in Seattle Washington with 8 brothers and sisters and graduated with a finance degree from Santa Clara University in Northern California Her career began in California in 1989 when she passed the real estate agent exam and then the next year passed the real estate broker exam Over the next decade she ran a very successful mortgage banking business opening new offices in two cities managing 42 employees and at the height closing 80 million in real estate a month At the same time she taught real estate finance at night at a top community college in California

In 2004 Theresa moved to Asia with her family and remained active in her career by doing international relocation She moved to Arizona in 2009 and has worked with luxury buyers 1st time home buyers real estate investors 2nd home buyers international relocation and even some of our local professional athletes She has done fix and flip renovations in Arizona and now is helping other investors find good houses to fix and flip in addition to helping traditional buyers sellers and investors in their search for the perfect home Her diverse background in real estate finance has allowed her to be very creative in “making the deal”
