Thomas started from humble beginnings growing up in Lancaster CA At a young age he already knew he wanted to get into real estate and own property Unlike most people who seek college after high school Thomas went after his real estate license which he earned in 2007 In 2013 he started his own team Paulauskas Realty and in 2014 became a licensed Real Estate Broker
