In 2005, the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors honored him with the Annual Community Service Award for his dedication to providing permanent housing solutions for homeless families and children.

Alongside his wife Terry, Tom leads Brezsny Associates Realtors, a team that brings together over 60 years of combined expertise, resulting in more than 1,500 successful real estate transactions.
