Tom has been a licensed REALTOR since 1997 and established Campbell Team LLC in 2007. His expertise spans various sectors of real estate, including residential, land, and select commercial properties. He is adept at guiding both buyers and sellers through the complexities of real estate transactions.

Tom's professional journey began in 1971 when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He received an appointment to the United States Naval Academy in 1973, graduating in 1977. Following his military service, he worked as a contract specialist for Northrop Grumman until 2003, at which point he decided to focus exclusively on his real estate career.

For 18 years, Tom was affiliated with Long & Foster REALTORS before being recruited in 2015 to serve as the District Director (Managing Broker) for Fathom Realty in the northwestern counties of Virginia.

In 2014, Tom held the position of President of the Greater Piedmont Area Association of REALTORS. He has contributed to the state-level Public Policy Committee for six years, serving as Chair in 2017. Currently, he is a member of the Virginia REALTORS Board of Directors, where he also fulfills the role of Treasurer. Additionally, Tom is a certified Ethics instructor and is a graduate of the Virginia REALTORS Leadership Academy, Class of 2011. At the national level, he participates in the Public Policy Coordinating Committee.

Beyond his real estate commitments, Tom has served on the Board of Directors for the Fauquier County Chamber of Commerce for three years, including two years as Vice-Chair of Legislative Affairs. He has also been involved with the Greater Warrenton Chamber of Commerce as Secretary and was the President of the Rotary Club of Warrenton during the 2011-2012 fiscal year.
